This copy is not a library discard, no former ownership marks. The text is clean, the gold gilt edges of the text block is crisp, entirely intact and is not faded or chipped. This volume measures 10" X 12-1/4". The leather covered boards have raised ridges on the spine for extra sturdiness and heft. A perfect gift for the bird watcher!
