All of our items include many pictures showing every angle of the item and showing many close up pictures of part numbers and other important information. All pictures also include measurement photos to show sizing of the item. If there are any other specific angles or measurements of the item you would like information on please contact us. New, Open Box, Remanufactured, or Used? Items will come as pictured. Many of our items may have minor scratches, scuffs, or dings. Any more serious damages will be pictured and/or listed in the above description. Items will only include what is included in the pictures. Any contents not in the pictures will not come with the item. Many of our ?used? items may actually be new/never mounted but have been damaged. All damages will be included in the pictures and/or above description. Does it have the original packaging? Many of our new items do not include the original packaging. Those items that do have the original packaging may have been opened for picturing purposes. All items will have multiple shipping options at checkout including international shipping options and expedited shipping options. RETURNS If the item you purchased was misrepresented or damaged in shipping: you can obtain a full refund. To get a full refund, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Please message us to discuss return options. Please note: we record serial numbers and save all photos of our items to discourage fraud. If you wish to return your item for any other reason we can authorize you to return it for a refund of the cost of the item, not including shipping. We will not accept returns in cases when the condition of the item and/or retail packaging (when applies) has been compromised, changed, modified or altered. When it applies, the buyer is responsible for return shipping, and a restocking fee will be charged if needed. Returned items that were picked up locally from our store will be charged a processing and restocking fee, when it applies. Returns will not be accepted beyond 30 days after the item has been delivered to or picked up by the buyer.
