You may assume the item is the same as if you purchased it from a retail store. EXCELLENT. Item appears or performs as if it were in new or unused condition, but cannot be rated as new because of open/no packaging. GOOD. Item is in overall good to very good shape. It performs as expected with little or no problems. It's appearance is used but not abused. FAIR. Item appears worn or heavily used. It functions, but perhaps not to full expectations. May have suffered mild to moderate physical damage. UNTESTED. This item is untested. It is neither guaranteed to be functional nor non-functional. We are unable to test this item or do not have the resources to test this item. Please note: The majority of our drives test at 95% health or better, however, these are used drives and any testing procedures showing the hard drive's health or performance at 80% or better is considered as ?passed". While minimal, this does mean that some drives may have a few reallocated or damaged sectors, read errors, etc. These drives can still have many years of life left and will not be considered a warranty issue.
