Hat is a foam backed cloth and has wrinkling / creases from being folded in package. Hat also picks up lint extremely easy. The actual costume varies some from the Manufacturer's photo. The Belt is not as long as it looks in the photo. It might be long enough to tie but not like the way it is portrayed on the package. If unable to tie, I would probably suggest safety pinning it for looks. As long as the baby couldn't get the pin loose. Also the strings on the hat that are to be like fake straw are really short. Hat may need some stuffing to maintain shape. Depending on how the hat is positioned and worn, they may not be visible. The fringe is shorter overall. Velcro style tabs for closure on the shirt.
