Refunds are made on “a case by case basis”, in other words unless item was not described properly and seller was notified within 24 hours of receipt the buyer should not seek a refund. All items are fully described and sold “as Is” with not warranty or guarantee; thus the buyer should ask questions prior to purchase.
In the case of a shipping cost overrun, overages are refunded.
