This is a old used pulley, so shows signs of age and usage, appears fully functional and easy moving. Paint has chipped scuffed as well as the metal, looking crude. Not sure there are too many of these around anymore. Measures 3 1/8 from flat part to bottom, pully is est 1 1/8", opening for rope or material 1/4".
