This is a very large spinnaker/Genacker Launch Bag. A 24 inch stainless ring is sewn into the top of the bag and a bungee cover has been added to close the bag and protect the sail. Tabs with fasteners are provided at the top and bottom of the bag to secure it to the deck.Stuff your sail in the bag with halyard and sheets leading out of the mouth of the bag, close the bungee lid and secure the bag to the deck. When you are ready to launch your sail pull the halyard and the lid will open allowing your sail to deploy. Yes, it is a big bag. In fact, I didn't have a sail big enough to fill it so I stuffed my wife in it. I can make this bag in any size you want and in other materials. The bag tapers from the 28 inch diameter of the body to 24 inches at the mouth of the bag. I use Sunbrella Fabric which carries a 10 year warranty for the body and bottom of the bag. As with all of my bags the fabric is cut with a hot knife to seal the edges and minimize unraveling. All seams are double sewn for security and durability. This bag is available in any color Sunbrella. It is a custom made bag so there is a 20 day lead time to acquire the fabric and make the bag. Shipping time is almost always faster than that.
