To qualify for a hassle-free return, you must pay with PayPal and have the item shipped to a US address. The item must be returned in the same condition it was received. Most of the times; buyer is responsible for shipping fees unless we shipped you a wrong/damaged item.

Sorry, returns are not accepted on international orders due to the customs and shipping fees.

HOW TORETURN MERCHANDISE Please contact us before returning your item. To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a credit on your account; all returns and exchanges must be in brand new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Items deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags will be returned to customer at their expense and no refund will be issued. Returned shoes must be in STORE BOUGHT CONDITION in the original retail shoe box with all bonus/gift items might have received.

The Return Label must be applied to the shipping box and NOT the retail shoe box or no refund will be issued.

Please Make sure you either double box the Shoe box or wrap it up that we can re-sell the product as “Brand New” condition.

Damaged boxes will not be accepted or will be charged 25% fees.
