• I require notification before any merchandise is returned.

A copy of order printout along with any additional information that will help me process return quickly must be included in package.

I request a photo of the box the item was delivered in and photo of the damage of the item received and it be emailed to me. I will then send instructions on how to proceed.
• If an item is offered as FREE SHIPPING and item is returned, refund will be less ACTUAL shipping costs.
