Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30 am to 5:00 pm PST. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. All emails will be answered, all payments will be processed, and all packages will be shipped only during our business hours. Please include an item number, your user ID, and an email address registered with in any emails. Payments Shipping We ship worldwide via USPS. International buyers and customers from HI, AK, APO/FPO should contact us for shipping quotes before bidding. Items are usually shipped 7-10 business days after payment is received. We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination. International buyers are responsible for duties and customs fees. We also ship via UPS ground services. Tracking numbers will be sent to all customers upon package shipment. UPS is not available for HI, AK, APO/FPO, and international shipments except Canada. No local pick-ups. Returns and Exchanges No returns for handmade items Other, non-handmade items, must be in the original condition and returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. We will refund your original amount minus a 20% restocking fee. In the rare instance where we make a mistake, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling. Please note: you will receive the exact item that you bid on in the condition stated in the auction. Requests for substitutes on products won may be accommodated but must be made prior to completing your order and will incur an additional handling fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping.
