We offer no hassle 30 Day Returns. Customer pays shipping back to us for all returns unless product is defective. To qualify as defective you have three days after your item has been delivered to notify us about your concerns and shipping will be paid by GagWorks or a replacement will be sent. All returns must qualify as unopened and in sellable condition to qualify for a full refund. Premium shipping or upgraded shipping paid will not be refunded and only the product costs will be refunded. Partial refund is for product cost only as shipping is non-refundable.
