All items come with a 30 day DOA (dead on arrival) warranty, except AS-IS items (by listing or law). All DOA claims must be made within 30 days from the item delivery date. If item is not in stock, a refund will be issued. All returned items will be tested, and serial numbers verified within our database. If an item is returned as DOA or NON-WORKING, and it is found to be functional, a 20% re-stocking fee will be applied and return shipping will be charged.
