Descripción del Artículo
Authentic, Vintage Black and White Promotional Photograph of Big Band Leader Guy Lombardo, with printed signature. Also included is a double-sided printed lithographic photograph of Guy's famous orchestra. On the back is an ad for Bond Bakers Bread that includes photos of Guy and his brothers Lebert, Carmen and Victor. Measures approximately 5 x 7. Condition: These are an original photograph, and an original lithographic ad, not a copy or reproduction. The photo of Guy has some tape residue on the edges, and the ad litho has some edge and corner wear. Comments: Gaetano Alberto "Guy" Lombardo was a Canadian-American bandleader and violinist. Lombardo formed the Royal Canadians in 1924 with his brothers Carmen, Lebert, and Victor, and other musicians from his hometown. They billed themselves as creating "the sweetest music this side of Heaven".
