No writing or tears but, it does look like the book got wet at some point then dried. Cover/pages are "wobbly" with water marks. There is an old price tag sticker on the front cover. The pages are starting to yellow with age. This item comes from a smoke free home. Please look at all pictures carefully and ask questions before bidding. The winning bidder must provide payment within 72 hours (3 days), otherwise it will be assumed that you do not intend to honor your bid and the item will be relisted for sale. If applicable, shipping costs are calculated by the shipping calculator so I do not see the price paid for shipping until I package the item up to ship out.
