No writing or tears but, it does look like the book got wet at some point then dried. Cover/pages are "wobbly" with water marks. There is an old price tag sticker on the front cover. The pages are starting to yellow with age. This item comes from a smoke free home. Please look at all pictures carefully and ask questions before bidding.
