It is in good condition, with some light wear at the corners and edges, and some yellowing and staining from age. It is also creased down the center vertically. It is 19 pages long, with a staple binding, and all pages are intact. There is also a little pamphlet on Medical Insurance Benefits under Medicare with the booklet. It is a nice little piece of history, and a great look back at our past.
