The pamphlet is in very good condition, with little sign of wear at all, but there are a few hand written notations within the pamphlet. The pamphlet is 3.75” top to bottom, 8.25” side to side, and opens up to 16.5” side to side and 15” top to bottom total. It is a nice one, and would be a great collectible piece.
