Vintage Mid Century 1950s Italian Silver and similar items

This is a VINTAGE, EXCELLENT Condition "Silver Mary Madonna Our Lady Miraculous Medal Charm Pendant" purchased in Italy in the mid-1950s. Purchased during a trip to Italy by my neighbor's parents in 1956, it was worn for many years before being put-away in her mother's jewelry box; it comes from a smoke-free, pet-free home. My neighbor's mother passed away recently and she's busy cleaning out her home; she's asked me to help her sell the smaller, easy to ship items. With a height of approximately 3/4ths of an inch and a width of approximately 1/2 inch, it has a drop of approximately 1 inch; it is NOT Marked. The front of this LOVELY Miraculous Medal Charm Pendant features a repose depiction of Mother Mary with her figure framed with small text which reads "O Mary Conceived Without Sin, Pray For Us Who Have Recourse To Thee!" along with the year "1830" which is when the design was originally created by Saint Catherine Labouré. The back contains 12 stars, the letter M, a cross and two hearts. Small but IMPRESSIVE, this CLASSIC, SYMBOLIC piece of Religious Jewelry is IDEAL for children or adults and can be worn as a Charm on a Bracelet or as a Pendant on a Necklace.
