These are New Tom Ford Liam Tasseled loafers in Black Textured Velvet.
After careful examination I see a small defect on the edge of the right shoe as shown. Like a small nick. Looks like they were tried on in the store and have light marks on soles.
The box is beat up and there are No Dustbags. Hence the New with defects labeling.
