This is a copy of "A White House Diary" by Lady Bird Johnson, wife of President Lyndon B. Johnson. She has inscribed the book "For Julian Crosby, I hope you will enjoy sharing these years of not so long ago. Lady Bird Johnson, in Wiltshire, August '82". I was living in London at the time, and read that she was staying at a stately home in Wiltshire. I sent this book to her there, and she returned it nicely signed and inscribed. It is the English hardback First Edition from 1970. I have acquired a large collection of vintage postcards, mainly from USA and dating back to the 50's.
