Made To Order Items:
No Returns on any “Made To Order” products. Those items will be listed as “Made To Order” in the description of the product. These items are made specifically for you, fresh off the press.

Damaged/Defective: 
If the event you receive an item that is damaged/defective upon delivery, we must be contacted no later than 1 day after the day it was delivered. We will provide free shipping back to us. Prior approval from seller must be given before the item can be sent back. (Pictures must be provided before return, Instructions for return will be given at that time) Any products returned must be unused and in its original packaging.

Returns/Cancelations:
You have 7 days to return item (other than what is listed as “Made To Order”), unused and in its original packaging, (Buyer is responsible for return shipping & will pay a 20% restocking fee)

Final Sales (No refunds):
All perfumes, cosmetics, or other health & beauty products such as; lingerie, bathing suits, bodysuits are final and cannot be returned. If you are not sure which product is returnable, please contact us prior to purchase.
