Vintage original 11 x 11 in. US souvenir book from the classic 1960's musical fantasy comedy, MARY POPPINS, released in 1964 by Buena Vista Distributing Co. and directed by Robert Stevenson. Based upon the "Mary Poppins" books by P.L. Travers, at the turn of the 20th century in London, a magical nanny employs music and adventure to help two neglected children become closer to their father. The cast includes Julie Andrews, Dick Van Dyke, David Tomlinson, Glynis Johns, Hermione Baddeley, Reta Shaw, Elsa Lanchester, Arthur Treacher, and Reginald Owen. This 20-page souvenir book was issued for the film's original 1964 US theatrical release. It features terrific black-and-white and full color photographs of the various cast and crew members along with interesting information about the film's production. It is complete in fine+ condition with a light pencil mark on the front cover to the right of Van Dyke's head and light signs of wear along the spine. There are no tears, creases, stains, or other flaws.
