Most common issue's: Erratic or no gauge needle movement Dim or no back-lighting Intermittent or total power loss to cluster unit Mileage Correction Regardless of your issue's All repairs include: Full PCB Rework All components tested and replaced if out of spec. All gauges replaced with new motors. All back-lighting updated with new Incandescent or LED lights (Incandescent, RED, BLUE, GREEN, YELLOW or WHITE your choice) Testing, Updating and Re-calibrations as needed How it works: You or mechanic removes your Instrument Gauge Cluster. Package your unit up securely so it does not get damaged. Include a note with your name, return address. Purchase listing and mail us your unit. The mailing address will be provided after purchase. Once package is received repairs are generally completed in 24-48hrs. Then the unit is sent back USPS Priority 2 day. You recieve your original part that has been fully tested with any needed repairs done. Just PLUG IN GO. IF YOUR CLUSTER IS NOT REPAIRABLE: If your unit is at fault and we are unable to repair it. (Generally because of heavy water or burn damage) then we can do one of the following: Issue a full Refund. Clone a replacement unit that YOU provide for plug and play install (No added Cost).
