This is a beautiful ring in a Heart Shape with reticulated swirls and 3 Birthstones, 1 Topaz, 1 Tourmaline and 1 Spinel, The main stone, Topaz, is .15ct the other 2 are .05ct each in a 4 prong setting . It is marked 10k has been tested for purity and is 10k, also marked with a old Hallmark . This is a Size 6.75, weighs 2.7 grams and has a .25tcw. See photos for more details This ring is pre-owned but I would consider it to be in very good condition, does have some very light wear scratches.
