This is preowned and an excellent condition. He's super clean. He has no issues and no flaws. There is a slight chip in the wood at the base if that counts. This is a quality decoration. Has a lot of great details on him. He measures 18 inches high. You lift his head up straight. He's actually higher but with the bent hat, he is 18 inches high. He is about 6 inches wide. Comes with the original AC adapter. His body is plastic. The base is wood his hands and hat are plush/felt Tested and works completely fine The colors go in and out as they change and flicker on his hands, his feet his hat, his hair through throughout, basically the entire decor.
