This is a vintage souvenir post card folder by the Asheville Post Card Co. entitled Great Smoky Mountains National Park - Tenn -NC containing 18 scenic images (double sided on 9 individual cards). The cards are marked "folder 11" but are undated. From what I've ascertained, the Asheville Post Card Co. was in business from around 1913 to 1970s. I have seen one of the included images on another card post marked 1939. So, best guess here for a date would be late 1930s through the early 1950s. The set is unmarked and never used, having been stored by my family since its original purchase. The cards are in great shape, the outer folder shows some wear, especially on edges and corners. There is age related yellowing and a couple of spots. (See photos). The cards measure about 5.5" x 3.5".
