This amazing luscious red velvet hat dates to the 1930s, it is a handmade genuine period hat. The hat has a large bow to the front and cascades back framing the head with red velvet petals. There is wire inside the velvet so each part of the hat can be shaped to suit your face and shape of your head. The model here has an extra small sized head so please keep that in mind.... Condition: This hat is around 90 years old it is not new. The hat is strong and ready to wear. There are some light marks to the velvet and some indentations from storage which to me aren't visible on. The velvet is so lovely and feels nice to the touch. Hand stitching is present as the inside shows, a scuff or tiny loose stich here or there.
