General Motors issued this coin in conjunction with the manufacture and release of its 1940 Oldsmobile. The front of the coin shows the front end of the 1940 Oldsmobile very clearly. You can see the perspective of the hood and the grille ridges, or bars, are clearly seen and felt. Around the front of the coin is "America's Biggest Money's Worth" under the bumper is "1940 Oldsmobile". On the reverse around the edge in an arch at the top is says "Bigger and Better in Everything".
