This item is Preowned/Used has play wear/sun fade scratches or scuffs paint wear/age.
The head is the Soft head variant much more rare today , vs the hard head figures similar to the tmnt Toys from the heyday.
Head is Good fairly tight.
Arms is Good tight
Legs Bands are Good stands up nicely
The figure is from 1981 Taiwan
