2 Imperial Glass 11" Charcoal Smoke Glass Plates/Chargers w/White floral-HTF These 2 Coupe Charger Plates are rather unique. Imperial Glass used this transparent Charcoal [dense Smoke] colored glass for combining with crystal bases, screen print decoration, cutting, etc. This glass was obtained from Houze â“reference to 1958 + . As you can see, the glass gives a ‘light’ brown’ color with light and dark brown with less light! [They ARE the same color!] Rose decoration seems to be silk screen printed in a slight raised White. One plate has a Silver Foil Sticker ‘Elysian’ Imperial glass. From my research the Elysian was shown on/with crystal attaches. Plates are in Excellent condition -no damage, mars. 11” Across with slight bent-up curve at edge for a lip. Sorry about LINT left on glass that I didn't notice -but camera sure did!
