In the photo of the pickup shoes, the screw on the right is brand new like what you are buying and the one on the left is a vintage one from a truck I've had 30 years. I can't tell them apart other than it has no wear and tear. You get one pair of screws for each quantity of one you order and discounts for 2 or more pairs on the same order. Supplies are limited!
