Wooden MDF spaceship 3D puzzles all come disassembled. It is a PUZZLE that must be put together! Puzzles were cut on Glowforge laser cutter. Puzzles are made from "bare" 3mm MDF wood board. They have very, very small pieces that ARE NOT suitable for young children. While assembling you may need rubber bands or like item to hold pieces in place. Pieces may fit snug or loose, this is normal. The snug fitting pieces will loosen up with putting them together and taking them apart. Puzzles needs glue in order to stay put together permanently. 3D spaceship puzzles are great family fun for young and old alike! Puzzles also make great gift for guys, gals and space movie fans of all ages. All the puzzles can be glued for a "permanent" toy or decor. MDF wood board can be sanded and or painted allowing you to decorate your puzzles any way you choose. The discolorations are "burn marks" from laser cutting. They can be removed by lightly sanding or painting over them or left alone to add character! Laser cutting either melts, burns, vaporizes or is blown away by a jet of gas. Depending on the material, this process can create some potent odors. NOT TO WORRY, the odor dissipates! Puzzles contain many teeny, tiny pieces that ARE NOT suitable for young children. If you lose, misplace, break, want additional parts (or whatever!) we can help you out! For the cost of shipping we will send needed additional pieces. MDF is an engineered wood product made by breaking down hardwood or softwood residues into wood fibers combining it with wax and a resin binder and forming into panels by applying high temperature and pressure.
