The "4 Qul" refers to four short chapters (Surahs) of the Quran, all of which begin with the word "Qul" (meaning "Say"). These are Surah Al-Kafirun, Surah Al-Ikhlas, Surah Al-Falaq, and Surah An-Nas. They are collectively known as the "4 Quls" because of this shared opening word and are often recited for protection and spiritual guidance.
