Selling this lot for parts not working. The 120V input charger is not included. I tried charging it with the included solar panel. The display turns on and never charges beyond 65%. Once the solar panel is disconnected the lcd goes black and never powers on. It appears to not take a charge nor power on. I'm not sure if the battery pack has gone bad and or other issues, selling as is for parts or repair. See pictures for more details.
