To start Fresno chili pepper plants from seed, follow these steps Gather your materials: Fresno pepper seeds, a seed-starting tray, potting soil, and water. Fill the seed-starting tray with moist potting soil. Plant one seed per cell, about OE inch deep in the soil. Water the seeds gently. Choose a sunny location in your garden and prepare the soil. Dig a hole large enough to accommodate the root ball of the seedling. Backfill the hole with soil and water thoroughly. 1st class mail is used so there is no tracking.
