To plant hot Cayenne pepper seeds, follow these steps: Sow the seeds in a container filled with moist seed-starting mix. Place the container in a warm spot with bright, indirect light. Consider using a heat mat to keep the soil at approximately 70 degrees Fahrenheit. Keep the potting mix moist but never waterlogged. 1st class mail is used so there is no tracking.
