This is a padded leather bound ring binder. Originally a seven ring check binder but I received it as a 3 ring paper binder from my company about 20 years ago. Measures 10.5 x 11.5 inches when closed. Top stitched all around. Someone clipped the 4 rings prior to me receiving it. Outside is a dark brown leather color, soft to the touch but the inside is firm so it won't bend. Has 2 pockets, one on each inside cover. Has 2 Pen or Pencil holders also on the inside of each cover. Pens and envelopes are not included. Some lined pages are included.
