This set of vintage toy buildings made of hard rubber, likely from West Germany. The set includes eight buildings, each a different color and architectural style. They range in height from about 2.75" to 3.25", 1" deep, and 1.25" to 2.25" wide. A blue building with steep roof and detailed facade. A yellow building with a steep, gabled roof and a half-timbered design. A red building with a gabled roof and simple facade. A white, cylindrical tower with a conical roof. A green building with a gabled roof and half-timbered design. Another red building with a more elaborate, multi-tiered design and an arched entrance. A green building with a peaked roof and arched windows, resembling a church or hall. White building with gabled roof, half-timber design, and arched doorway. These toys are likely from the mid-20th century, possibly dating back to the 1950s or 1960s. The material, hard rubber, was commonly used for toys during this period. There a minor scuffs or marks that can be seen in the pictures. Picture of tall white building is separate as it was added in to the set when found in another box. Otherwise in great vintage/pre-owned condition.
