AMAZING SPIDER-MAN # 46 Very Good/Fine 5.0 w/ solid, creamy to off- white pages. Solid, completely intact, mid- grade comic book w/ very bright cover colors as well as smooth surface texture across much of its surface area, but with the usual accumulation of minor general wear around the edges commonly associated with this mid- grade category. (See the photos.) In particular, the red and blue colors on Spidey (as well as the earth- tone yellow and browns on the Shocker), are all still very bright and attractive, more similar actually to the color qualities usually found on a much higher grade (VF or better) copy. And the centerfold is intact, tight and secure at both the staples which are still relatively clean and silver with no rust wear (as seen in photo five in the sequence.) Similarly the cover is securely attached at both of the top and bottom staples. Book is flat with no spine roll. Internal pages are mostly creamy to off- white in appearance but with some very light tan at the edges, as are the inside covers also. And the back cover is generally creamy to off- white on much of the area but has some minor surface wear characteristic of the grade, mainly light tan edges near the periphery edge borders. No long corner creases noted, though there is some light wear at the tips of the top and bottom right corners. In concise summary, an overall solid, intact, and complete as well as still colorfully attractive mid-grade comic book with an accumulation of general minor wear characteristic of the grade but yet no major flaws or defects noted.
