Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Condition required
Items must be returned unused and in the original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping
The buyer pays return shipping.
How to start a return
• Contact us through Bonanza messages within the 30-day window.
• We will reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the address below.
• Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

Refund method and timing
Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 2 business days.
Exclusions
• Items that have been installed, cut, or otherwise used.
• Bulk items (zip-tie rolls, threaded rod, etc.) once the factory seal is broken.
Damaged or wrong item received
Message us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. A replacement or full refund will be provided at no cost to the buyer.
