I am pleased to offer this fabulous antique Chinese export oval platter with very detailed hand painted decoration featuring a hunting scene. It depicts a group of dogs chasing something up a tree. The boarder is decorated in Fitzhugh style in painstaking details. I purchased a few blue white pieces from a retired antique dealer and they will be offered in the next few days. It measures 11 1/2 inches long and 9 inches wide. The platter is in great condition with meticulous craftsmanship. I see no chips or cracks. Minor firing frits along the rim. A collector's piece.
