Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, digital downloads, and personalized items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Damages and Issues: We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly. Customs Fees and Delays: We are not responsible for any customs charges, import fees, or delays caused by customs processing.
