The item looks to be American in origin (see photos). The item has an opening in the top, and it may have originally had a top or a lid that is now missing (see photos). The item in total measures about 6 inches high and 4 inches wide. The opening at the top measures about 1.25 inches wide. This treenware wooden item came from an estate liquidation (see photos and decide the age, the origin, and the maker). The item has no top, some scuffs, some finish losses, and some wear (see photos and/or written description for the condition of this item).
