Antique Victorian Pave Rhinestone Bracelet Buckle style Hinged As pictures show, there are some yellowing spots, I think that is where someone has replaced stones and used the wrong glue,,but only guessing, I personally would remove the stones and clean the yellowing, then replace them with a clear elmers glue, I have done that many time successfully I counted 4 stones missing This would be very valueable, probably about $150 with a little cleaning and work I think it had a safety chain at one time The metal is a dull Alloy of somekind, but not sure what the metal is, it does not rust, so that's a good thing Very unique with what looks like a Belt buckle style on top 10mm wide and measure's 8mm around with a push in hinge to open it up
