Asiatic Dayflower Seeds Deep blue Color ? Premium Asiatic Dayflower Seeds: Discover the quality of our Commelina communis seeds, handpicked by the Bellfarm team from wild sources. Available in packs of 100, 200, 500, and 1000 seeds, these seeds ensure vibrant growth and stunning deep blue flowers, perfect for any garden. ? Distinctive Annual Herb: Asiatic Dayflower is a sprawling annual herb with creeping, root-forming stems that can grow up to 1 meter long. It features lanceolate to ovate-lanceolate leaves, measuring 3-9 cm in length and 1.5-2 cm in width. The herb is adorned with delicate, deep blue petals, and its flowering season spans from July to September, followed by fruiting from August to October. ?Highly Adaptable Drought-Resistant: This resilient plant thrives in a variety of soil conditions and demonstrates strong drought tolerance. It prefers slightly moist soil, warm and humid climates, and partial shade. Asiatic Dayflower is easy to propagate through seeds, cuttings, and division, making it an excellent choice for gardeners of all levels. ? Medicinal Ornamental Uses: Asiatic Dayflower is valued for its sweet, mild, and cooling properties. It is traditionally used to clear heat, detoxify, and reduce swelling, providing relief from symptoms like fever and sore throat. Beyond its medicinal benefits, the plant's striking blue flowers offer significant ornamental appeal, symbolizing hope and ideals. ? Germination Instructions: Start germinating Asiatic Dayflower seeds in a greenhouse from late February to early March. Soak the seeds in 25-27C (77-81F) water for 8-10 hours, then allow them to sprout at the same temperature for 3-5 days. Once the seeds show signs of sprouting, sow them evenly in rows or by broadcasting in well-prepared beds, with a row spacing of 10-15 cm (4-6 inches). Cover the seeds lightly with soil and gently press down to maintain moisture. Under optimal temperature and humidity, seedlings will emerge in about a week. After germination, reduce temperature and humidity to prevent excessive seedling growth. Specification: ? Plant Type: Annual spreading herb. ?
