only what is shown is included Allows 3 pin Astatic mics such as D104 to be attached to a mic stand post (this unit has female threads on the stand end and with 3 pin amphenol style jack on other end) Pin1 and 2 are connected to sleeve on the button plug Pin3 is connected to tip (center) You may need to rewire according to your mic/radio approx 5.5 ft cable Chrome is nice, no pitting , some minor signs of use or scratches, fingerprints etc but did not look to have had much if any prior use.
