Manfactured by Bing Grondahl and made in Denmark, this Royal Copenhagen plate shows a beautiful blue luster. The Christmas scene shows a mother with a child on her lap . Lighted candles shine from the top the piano and a decorated tree is in the background. The front reads "Jule after 1971" and is called "Christmas at Home". Marked 8000 / 9071 in the back, it has two manufactured holes for hanging. 7 "diam. Mint condition with no chips, cracks or crazing. Sorry no box. B G issued the world's first Christmas plate in 1895. Plates are limited in production, the form is destroyed and re issue is impossible. Look for other B G items in my booth.
