This paper back recipe booklet has 83 banana recipes produced by the Fruit Dispatch Company from New York. The inside cover states that the recipes were prepared and tested by Camille Den Dooven, former chef to his Majesty, King of the Belgians. The menus were by Mrs. Elizabeth MacDonald, Professor of Home Economics at Boston University. The copyright is 1926. The recipes, for the most part, are only a paragraph in length, but are very detailed, even for the amateur or beginner cook. Whatever parts of the booklet that are color are vivid.
