I bought this new in Dec. 2009 in Las Vegas. Very shiny. Is large and heavy. Probably weighs between 4 and 7 pounds. Base is 9 3/4?. Is 10 1/2? tall, 8? wide hangs some over the base. There is some discoloration on the white sign. Shown in photos. A dot of missing snow on side of boot. Comes in a brown box shown. From my personal collection.
