Not an in-depth analysis but nevertheless a useful summary of Germany?s early successes in the war when their combined forces approach to warfare caught the European powers, who were still stuck in the tactics employed during the Great War, by complete surprise. Illustrated throughout by a mixture of black white photographs, maps, color illustrations of armored vehicles and aircraft, together with a selection of color images of the German forces first used in their national publications such as ?Signal? and ?Der Adler?. The book is complete and in VERY GOOD condition with some overall wear. There is a small price sticker paper pull on the front cover. (see pictures)
